Affordable Housing Corporation
The Affordable Housing Community of Greater Baltimore was running an online advertising campaign to generate leads for a new neighborhood. Using both Google Ads and Facebook Advertising, they had generated 37 leads from over the course of 8 months for $10,120. They reached out to Goldiata Creative to decrease their current cost per lead of $274.
We evaluated the current campaigns that AHC was using to determine what was performing successfully and what wasn’t. From that initial evaluation, the budget allocation was changed, and new campaigns were created. An emphasis was placed on Facebook Ads since they were significantly outperforming Google Ads.
In one month, we generated 36 leads for $14 per lead. This was a decrease of over 2,000%. Over the course of 5 months, 164 leads have been generated, and 4 houses have sold. The cost per lead has decreased even further from $14 per lead to $8.
